Cheetah Conservation Fund Veterinary Technician

liz with anatolian A unique veterinary technician internship opportunity has been developed working directly with the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) programs in Namibia.  CCF is active with conservation efforts for cheetahs in Namibia and in Africa, including community awareness and assistance programs, land procurement, and rescue and rehabilitation programs. White Oak Conservation Center and Gilman International Conservation have participated with, and supported CCF programs for a number of years including a veterinary technician internship to provide veterinary technician support to the cheetah rescue and livestock protection dog programs at the CCF base.  The intern would participate and assist CCF with all facets of cheetah health management for the ambassador, education, breeding, and rescue programs for cheetahs at the center in Namibia.
